THE PRICE OF EXCELLENCE
“The Price of Excellence" is a short documentary film that examines the underfunding of historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and its impact on students and institutions, highlighting the lived experiences of individuals who have been affected by the underfunding and have worked to address it.
The film premiered at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's 54th Annual Legislative Conference on September 5, 2025.
